General Manager Truck and Vice President Customer Care
Marc Niefer, General Manager Truck and Vice President Customer Care, brings more than 25 years of international experience in the automotive business. He held executive positions in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Daimler AG. Marc holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and in Business Administration.
Among his responsibilities, Marc will develop the truck business unit for Ballard and supports the continued success of customer care.
Silvano Pozzi
Vice President, Product Line Management
Power-Train Mechanical Engineer, graduated in 1985, Masters on Automotive Engineering from 1993, worked in the Automotive industry from 1985 to 1997 in Brazil, Germany and the US. Transitioned to Fuel Cell Engine Design and Development in 1997 working with Mercedes Benz and Ballard Power Systems in Germany and then in Canada. In 2002, joined Ballard Power Systems as Director of Product Engineering. Transitioned to the commercial team in 2012 as Director of Heavy-Duty Products Division. In 2015 developed the After Sales organization. Currently is the Vice President of Product Line Management and Product Strategy responsible for global Product Roadmap Development and Product Strategy.

Nicolas Pocard, Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, brings more than 20 years of experience in international business development and Marketing to Ballard.
Among his responsibilities, Nicolas looks after corporate market strategy, marketing activities, government relations, and strategic partnerships for Ballard.Nicolas is the Chair of the Board of the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA) and board member of Forsee Power.
Oben Uluc
Director of Sales for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India

Oben Uluc is Director of Sales for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India regions at Ballard Power Systems. He holds B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He has completed Global Leadership Program at Dartmouth College – Tuck Business School and Marketing Program at Wharton.
Oben started his career at Siemens AG, Germany in optical fiber industry. Later he has held Vice-President Sales and Marketing positions at global technology companies such as Corning, USA and Sterlite, India.
