Hydrogen-driven Hybrid Buses take up Regular Service Powered by Ballard's FCvelocityTM-HD6 - September 2011
Since May 2011 RVK (Regional Verkehr Köln) as a local public transport service provider is operating two Ballard powered hydrogen fuel cell buses under normal transport conditions. Watch them in action.

          Two Ballard powered hydrogen-driven fuel cell hybrid buses have successfully finished a four-month test period. The 18 meter articulated busses named "Phileas" will now take up regular public transport service on inner-city and regional lines in the Rhein-Erft county for the first time.  Read more...
