I’ve been a member of the Ballard Team since Oct. 2017 and my role is to tackle quality issues among suppliers in China. It’s so fantastic to work with others in Ballard and I enjoy the company culture very much. Colleagues are so nice and easy-going. Despite the 15 hour time difference that I have with the Burnaby team, all of us are standby to resolve the problems from customer site day and night. What a diligent and costumer oriented team we are!

During my leisure time, I spend most of the time with my baby daughter. Thank Gosh! She is such a cutie that I miss her for every minute. I was deeply touched the first time she said “Papa”. Besides, I like swimming since it keeps cool even though I’m exercising.
